Instruction to book a room at Hilton Garden Inn
- Go to
www.sanfranciscooakland.stayhgi.com.
- Under “Check Availability” on the right hand side, please enter
your date of arrival and departure. Then, click the “GO” icon.
- Please scroll down to the bottom page. Under “Group/Convention”
code, please type in “UCBPHY,” and click “CONTINUE.”
- Please select your room type, and click “CONTINUE.”
- Then, enter your information and method of payment. A confirmation
number will be given to you, and you're all set!
We will provide a shuttle from and to Hilton on Friday and Saturday. Parking is free at Hilton. They also provide shuttle transportation from and to Macarthur BART station.
NOTE: Please make your reservation on or before your cut-off date (SEPTEMBER 18, 2007).
